Declaration and enumeration of my absolute, unalienable natural rights over which Government is granted NO power to abrogate:
 
“Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness;”
 
To be recognized and treated as a free man, unnumbered, unmolested, uncategorized and with respect;

Freedom of speech, expression, opinion and thought - popular or otherwise;

To provide for my own security and self-defense;

To be secure in my person, quarters and possessions against unreasonable searches and seizures;

To be recognized and treated as a free man, unnumbered, unmolested, uncategorized and with respect;

Freedom of speech, expression, opinion and thought - popular or otherwise;

To provide for my own security and self-defense;

To be secure in my person, quarters and possessions against unreasonable searches and seizures;

The absolute right against self-incrimination and double jeopardy;  

To act upon my conscience;

To refuse to take oaths or sign documents where the wording would abrogate my unalienable rights;

To contract voluntarily, freely and honestly, and to be free of contracts based on force, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation which violate in principle or practice any of my 
unalienable rights;

To educate myself throughout my life;

To freely associate or contract with whom I choose;

To provide for myself life’s necessities for survival – food, water, air, clothing and shelter;

To peacefully petition the government for Redress of Grievance;  

To advance my position in life via barter, trade and sale with the opportunity to succeed or fail in any undertaking;

To choose and practice the profession of my own choosing without asking permission or paying for that right unless done voluntarily or through the educational requirements of the profession itself; 

To enjoy the full fruit of honest labor without restraint or Governmental plunder posing as law;

To be secure from slavery, peonage or involuntary servitude;

To own, develop and dispose of property;

To practice the religion of my choice or be free of religious coercion;

To seek or reject medical treatment without obligating anyone else to pay for my choice;

To participate in the political process should I choose;

The right to choose Council of my choice and to insure such council represents my best interests solely and are not the “secret agents” of my opposition designed to pervert or 
improperly influence my choices, irregardless of professional association, memberships or the lack thereof;

To choose a mate should I wish without unwanted Governmental participation in a private matter;

To peacefully and freely assemble, rejecting the concept of “free speech zones”;

To create and invent;

To explore the earths natural resources;

To travel publicly or privately without duress, permission, restriction or hidden contract;

To privacy and if I choose, anonymity;

To a fair, impartial trial by a jury of my peers for any matter civil, probate, maritime or criminal;

To live in a society of just, reasonable, rational, impartial and objective laws which respects and obeys said laws without exception;

To be treated honestly and respectfully by government and not to be stolen from, violated by or harassed by any Government or its agencies under color and/or perversion of law;

To withdraw my support, fealty, membership or person from any Nation or Government that has become non responsive to its Citizens, abusive and is in violation of its own laws and Constitution;

To actively refuse to support, oppose and disobey such a rouge government through non-violent means;

The right to actively change that Government as per the Declaration of Independence if left with no other choice:
 
And MOST importantly:
 
To bear arms for self defense should the other above rights not be respected.
