How to Make the Transition to Living Foods

How to Make the Transition to Living Foods

Please note that although an optimum diet would be 100% Live Foods, it may not always be possible for everyone at all times. When you are new to Live Foods, just do the best you are able and realize some Transitional Foods may occasionally be a part of one's diet. You may not be able to make juices to carry with you or whatever the case may be. Don't be self-condemning; just eliminate the most offending foods for your particular health situation as best as able. Everyone's body reacts differently to different foods. So experiment to find what works best for you! Remember, it might take awhile to find the perfect combination for your body type. Take your time.
